PARENT coaching

Raising children in this digital era, especially post-pandemic, can be a challenge like no other. Parents face obstacle on being able to set appropriate limits while facing “peer pressure” from their kids and also from other parents. They may feel judged for being too strict or not strict enough. They may feel guilty and bad for their kids not having a life during the pandemic and may feel that they “owe” it to them to have fun. Parents may feel lost within forever changing rules and expectations and feel stuck. Balancing career, relationships, and personal wellbeing while also prioritizing the needs of their children may seem like an insurmountable task.

Dr. Krichmar has a particular expertise working with parents of children and teens specifically on issues around effective parenting and communication.
